These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, including property maintenance memberships, construction and remodeling projects, property management, and our website www.islafixpro.com (the “Site”). 1. Services

• Membership Plans: IslaFix Pro offers maintenance memberships that include scheduled visits, emergency response, and member benefits. Specific inclusions, exclusions, and pricing are outlined on our website and may be updated periodically.

• Construction & Remodeling: All construction, renovation, or custom projects are subject to written quotes, contracts, and timelines agreed upon by both parties.

• Property Management: For investors and short-term rental properties, management services may include inspections, repairs, and preparation services.

2. Eligibility & Inspection Requirement

Membership services require a preliminary property inspection. IslaFix Pro reserves the right to deny or cancel membership if the property does not meet safety or qualification standards.

3. Payments & Billing

• Membership fees are billed monthly or quarterly depending on the chosen plan. Payments must be made in advance.

• Construction and remodeling projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due according to the payment schedule in the contract.

• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Memberships may be canceled at any time with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

• Construction deposits are non-refundable once materials or labor have been allocated.

• Emergency visits beyond plan limits may incur additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide safe and legal access to their property for inspections, maintenance, or repairs.

• Any undisclosed structural issues, hazardous materials, or unsafe conditions may void services.

• Clients are responsible for securing all necessary permits unless otherwise specified in the contract.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• IslaFix Pro is not liable for pre-existing damage, issues caused by third-party contractors, or damages beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, electrical grid failures).

• While we strive for the highest quality, we cannot guarantee against normal wear-and-tear or unforeseen structural complications.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the IslaFix Pro website, including text, graphics, logos, and media, is the property of IslaFix Pro LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Communication & Privacy

By using our services, you agree to receive communication from IslaFix Pro regarding your membership, service updates, and promotional offers. We will never sell or misuse your personal information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes shall be resolved under Puerto Rico jurisdiction.
